Right in Zagreb's old center, this apartment has modern amenities and most major attractions are within walking distance. The price was great value. For my dates, it was the cheapest non-hostel I could find in Zagreb, yet it felt like staying in a 5-star hotel.

The studio is in Zagreb's upper town, in a calm area I really liked staying in. The city views are stunning, and it's a lovely modern place with everything you need. There's key-free access, a good-sized bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. It's on the second floor with no lift, so keep that in mind if you're carrying a suitcase. There isn't parking outside. You have to leave the car at a nearby garage, 500 metres away or more. There are a few coffee shops and a tiny supermarket nearby. Public transport is limited, but the city center is a short walk away. I used the cable car to go up and down, which costs €0.60p one way, or you can take the steps for a bit of cardio.

The host was incredibly patient and supportive, and shops are close by. The place was spotless, cosy, and well equipped, with a reasonable price. A good fit for a business trip or a couple.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I booked nearly two months ahead, but just four days before I was due to arrive, they told me renovations were underway and my reservation wasn't valid. It seriously disrupted my travel plans. What a mockery.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was really peaceful. I loved my four-day stay here. It's in the old part of the city, with everything within walking distance.
