The room and bathroom were clean, and the sheets and towels smelled freshly washed. There was hand soap and body wash, though you need to bring your own shampoo. The owner was so helpful, even arranging a ride for my very early flight and sharing a few Zagreb tips. He asked me to call when I arrived, then sent a staff member downstairs to meet me. She stayed past the end of her shift to make sure I was settled. Both of them were incredibly friendly. I have nothing but good things to say, and their kindness made my stay in Zagreb even better.

The room was spacious, stylish, clean, and just right. I booked for one night to attend a sporting event, but with COVID it wasn't clear whether it would be open to the public. Igor and his coworker helped me sort that out, and I got to see the match. They were both very nice, straightforward people and did everything they could to help. I've rarely come across that level of helpfulness. I was very satisfied and would happily recommend the place. Thanks to them for everything!
