Petra was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. We stayed in the triple room as a family, and it was spacious, airy, and comfortable for three, with very comfortable beds, lots of storage, and plenty of power outlets. The bathroom was especially useful, with two sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower so two people could use it at once. The property has five independent rooms, and ours was quiet and very clean even though it's on a main street. It's right in central Zagreb, about a 7-10 minute walk to the Old Town, with coffee shops, breakfast places, and supermarkets nearby. We were on vacation and found it an excellent choice. The one thing I'd add is a small set of plates and cutlery for takeout, even though we knew there was no kitchen. Highly recommended!
