The photos give a misleading impression. This isn't on the first floor but in a semi-basement: open the bedroom curtains and the street is right there, with people's legs in view. The other rooms face a narrow, dark yard and get little sunlight. If not every room has air conditioning, it's humid and smells bad. The sofa beds are uncomfortable, and the place is too small for 10 people, young children included.
