The Filipino food was especially delicious, though everything we ate was great. The staff served us with cheerful, respectful manners, and the management and dining team, from reception onward, made the visit special. Chef Charlie deserves a special mention. He came by proactively to check that all was well and made us laugh too. Can’t wait to return with family and friends. I was 101% satisfied! 😊😍

Two days before my trip, I had to cancel, even though my booking didn’t offer free cancellation. I messaged the hotel, and they cancelled it free of charge within minutes, without asking questions. Great service. I’ll be glad to stay there next time I’m in Zagreb.

The streetcar is easy to reach, and it’s two stops from the bus station, with the airport not too far away. Our room was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were among the nicest people we’ve met here. It’s the best hotel in Zagreb, and it doesn’t cost much.

The tram stop is nearby, with a 10-minute ride to the centre, and the hotel’s location is great. The staff were helpful and nice, and they put together a great breakfast package for us. The restaurant was good too. The room was quite small, and some parts, like the doors, were a bit old. Thanks a lot!!!

At the loop restaurant hotel, the waitress gave good service and Sir Charlie made delicious food. Definitely recommended.
