We paid €50 a night at the end of June, and the price was very good for what we got. The property looks recently renovated, and room no. 4 at the back on the ground floor felt welcoming and was big enough. The bathroom worked fine, though it didn’t have a bidet, which Italians would miss. The annoying fridge was the one drawback.

The owners, the agency lady and the woman who keeps things tidy were all very pleasant. There’s a restaurant in the next house, a little shop around the corner that only takes cash, and ATMs by the places to eat near the beach. It’s about a five-minute walk to the sandy city beach, and there’s a large parking area on site. Guests can use the grill whenever they like. The four ground-floor rooms are quite cozy, while the first-floor rooms have something like a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. There’s no kitchen in the room. The only appliances are a mini-fridge, TV and air conditioning. WiFi is available around the property, and the television is mostly in German.
