The location is excellent, about a minute from the beach, and the nearest beach has shade from the trees. In apartment 1, the balcony is roomy enough for four, and the kitchen has the dishes and utensils you’d normally need. There’s also an inverter air conditioner with a dehumidifying setting, a large fridge and freezer, and a TV with a few local channels. The place is decent for a family, though a bit overpriced. The toilet has no ventilation, the Wi-Fi is weak and the internet was very poor, so I mostly used it at night when necessary. The hot water was hard to adjust, usually either hot, very hot, or cold, and there’s no hair dryer.

The owners were helpful and nice, and the rooms felt cozy. It’s in a great spot and the price was cheap.

Our ground-floor apartment was dirty, with red ants all the way from the entrance to the kitchen. The furniture was old, the internet was very bad, and the TV didn’t work. It was a very bad experience.

We were happy enough with our stay that we’ve already been twice and will probably return. The studio was pleasant, fairly priced, and equipped well enough for two, with the most beautiful beach very close by. The hosts were friendly and straightforward with us.
