Adria House Dubrovnik with 3 Luxury Suites

Maja, our Airbnb host, was lovely, lively, and always ready to help. The house made a great base for experiencing Dubrovnik, about 15-20 minutes from the old town, and we highly recommend it. We stayed four days in July 2023, a group of three couples with kids and two singles, and Adria House had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower. The kitchen was ready to use, with plates, cutlery, a toaster, microwave, and even an ice maker. From the big ground floor terrace facing the beach, we could enjoy meals with the mountains behind us and watch both sunrise and sunset. There’s also a great sundeck right on the water, with loungers, chairs, and a large shade, plus two paddle boards for exploring the bay.

The hosts really looked after us and clearly wanted us to have a good time. We’ve stayed at Adria House twice, including a three-week visit, and didn’t want to leave either time. The house has everything we needed and more, with amazing access to the water. Zaton Mali is lovely, and having both restaurants so close is a real bonus. An Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town takes about 20 minutes, so there’s no need for a car, which would be a hassle there. It’s a great place to unwind while still having the city’s sights and sounds within reach.

Maja had lots of homemade treats ready for us when we arrived. The accommodation was fabulous, and the location is lovely. Definitely worth a visit, highly recommended.

We were sorry to leave and are sure we’ll come back. The house has everything you need, and the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of things to try. The terrace is a lovely place to eat in the morning, and the lounge right by the sea is perfect for relaxing during the day. Zaton’s bay felt magical, peaceful and quiet, and the local people were very friendly. Maia was incredibly kind and ready to help however she could. We loved every bit of our stay.
