The hotel is right on a beautiful beach, with clean sea and clean rooms. It was peaceful all around, and we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of crickets. The food was amazing, even for a mum of two picky eaters. Everyone connected with Hotel Luka was friendly, smiling, and happy to help. We enjoyed and appreciated the family atmosphere. We booked at the last minute and couldn't be more grateful; we're already booking again for next year. Best holiday in a long time. Highly recommend, and thank you all for the amazing experience ❤️

The area around the hotel feels wonderfully unspoiled and less busy than other spots. The building may not be the newest, but it has that old communist-era hotel character, with some welcome updates: excellent air conditioning, quick Wi-Fi, and really friendly staff.

We chose Hotel Luka at the last minute after reading about it online, and knew to expect a basic two-star family hotel. The owners and staff, though, surprised us with how welcoming they were, and we loved the location and food too. Some renovation work is still needed, which the owners know, but they clearly do their best to make guests feel at home. We rarely return to the same place, but we want to come back here. A lovely option if you’re looking to unwind and find some peace.

The air conditioning worked well, and the lovely surroundings helped make our stay pleasant. Still, we paid €130 a night in high season, and I think the place is worth closer to €70. The listing says the hotel was recently renovated, but that really doesn't match what we found: it's dated, with worn pillows, stained chairs and mattresses, old bedding, and doors and windows badly in need of replacement. We knew it was a basic hotel, but that price felt too high.
