Hotel Montana

We’re Italian and stay at this hotel often. It seems well managed and very safe, with a good restaurant service and breakfast, plus secure private parking. Given the current period, I recommend increasing the armed security service.

I spent four nights here recently with my family, and everyone was willing to go out of their way to accommodate us. The place was clean, quiet, and nice, and the staff were incredibly kind and dependable. I really have nothing to complain about and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was here for two workdays and stayed overnight in the cheapest room. It was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a small living area, desk, mini fridge, coffee maker, safe for valuables, and an iron in the closet. There’s Wi-Fi throughout, and it was pretty fast for me, about 10mb/s download. The bathtub was there, but I couldn’t fill it because the cover was missing. Breakfast was a buffet with good food and lots to choose from. There are two pools, one open to the public and one reserved for hotel guests, plus a sports center and four parking lots.

The rooms were spacious and clean, but the fitness centre was disgusting. The floors were dirty, with old socks and dead insects lying around, and the training weights were black with dirt. I asked several times to have the gym cleaned, especially the weights, but nothing was done. I also caught a bacteria at the hotel and got sick on Monday after spending the weekend there. I was in the hospital for four days. The restaurant wouldn’t accommodate requests to adjust meals, like cooking vegetables longer or leaving off the sauce. The stay was very difficult, and I won’t stay there again.
