2/10
The whole place felt neglected. There was dust and cobwebs, and the kitchen surfaces, dishes, and supposed coffee maker were all sticky or dirty. The dish rack was moldy, the carpets were stained, and the pillows were so uncomfortable they were unusable. The bathroom had a broken sink faucet, a very old bathtub drain, and a loud extractor. Hot water from the tap was unreliable, and the toilet room was cramped. Such a big disappointment.

6/10
The facilities are there, so this could have been a 4 or 5 out of 5. But the rooms were dusty and had cobwebs, every exhaust fan was annoyingly loud, and the hot water situation was awful.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the place had all the equipment we needed.
