We had such a nice time here, and would come back if we can. The hosts were kind and thoughtful, the place was clean and nicely furnished, and the roof windows gave us a beautiful panorama.

Reception was extremely kind, flexible, and helpful, and the apartment was tastefully designed. A few small things were missing, like a shower head holder, somewhere to put toiletries in the shower, and air conditioning. The yard could also be more child-friendly. It worked for our two nights. If I just needed somewhere to sleep, I’d come back.

A 10/10 stay. The view is beautiful, and the accommodation is modern, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Aunt Kati was a wonderful, genuinely hospitable host who was always ready to help. There’s parking and a place to barbecue too. We’d highly recommend it! :)

I booked the apartment at the end of January for a June stay with my family. Since it was six months ahead, I thought it was reasonable to ask for a discount. The owner's son agreed, on the condition that I cancel through the booking service and book directly. The original price for six nights was 462 euros; after canceling, I was left with 420 euros. I paid 120 euros up front and another 300 hryvnias when we arrived. I asked three or four times for photos of the rooms we’d have on the second floor, but although he promised to send them, they never came. We were meant to get rooms upstairs with a balcony and a view of Lake Balaton. Instead, both rooms had a window fence in front of them. They’d been completely renovated, but the bedrooms got very little light and looked out on the neighbor’s fence, which was gloomy. The beach was far away, there was no air conditioning, and the yard was narrow, making it awkward to park. We had to drive everywhere by car, even though the listing suggested otherwise. In his comments, the owner says I tried to cheat him and left bad reviews because I didn’t get a discount. That’s a complete lie. I don’t know what he thinks I tried to cheat him about. I did exactly what he told me to do. I’d never choose this place again and wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.
