Blue Mediterran Apartment House

A nice, tidy place. The pool is on the small side.

We stayed four nights with two adults and three children. The location was excellent, with the beach, a shop and Tagore all a five-minute walk away. The house was modern and new, very clean, and the pool was flawless. We could park in the yard. Booking went smoothly, and they were happy to explain everything over the phone. The owner was kind and helpful. I can only recommend it!

The pool was kept beautifully clean, and the water felt pleasant in the heat. Towels were laid out, and the host was nice. The accommodation is modern and renovated, with everything we needed. The large Balatonfüred beach is about 900 m away. I gave four stars because the rules posted on our room door said the pool stayed open until 10 pm, but it was already closed around 8. We rushed back from our evening walk for it and regretted that. The posted hours are misleading and should be updated. The internet was also quite buggy, though perhaps the place being full had something to do with that. Aside from those small issues, I recommend it.

It was clean and quiet, but it didn't feel quite liveable for us. The Wi-Fi was down more often than it worked, and even when it did, it was slow. There wasn't a clear place to leave a bike, so don't bring one. The front door had to stay locked all the time, which meant going down to swim alone could leave you locked out or lock the rest of your family out. And although the pool was closed from 8 pm until about 9 am, you couldn't use it during those hours 🤷‍♂️
