It was unbearably hot without air conditioning. The listing was very misleading, the place is far from the center, and we had lots of problems with the equipment.

We were better off leaving after a few days and saving the money. For that price, we'd rather have gone to Greece. I stayed there last year, and the previous complaints are accurate. The address and photos point to a beautiful hotel with a pool near the beach, but the real accommodation address is hidden in the confirmation. It's above the main road, and the beach is at least a half-hour walk away. The building is old and in average condition. Cheating and lying around Lake Balaton still seem to be in fashion, nothing has changed in 30 years. This isn't the only place doing it. They're trying to sell 50-60-year-old ruins to unsuspecting people at a premium price.

There's nothing wrong with the accommodation itself, but it's up on the hill, 2 km from the beach, not on Deák Ferenc Street.

The pools were great, both indoors and outdoors, and the food was great too.

A pleasant apartment for an affordable price.
