The kids loved staying here, and we had a good time too. The outdoor pool and sauna were excellent and clean, and parking was easy to find. Our room was decent, the staff were friendly, and the AC kept it cool. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and roughly 10 minutes to the beach.

The name promises more than the place delivers. The apartments weren’t clean, the refurbishment and equipment seemed shut down, and the old TVs had only a few channels, none in foreign languages. WiFi was poor too. The wellness area was very limited, with just a small jacuzzi and sauna in the basement. On the positive side, the courtyard was nice, the linen and towels were clean, and the receptionist was friendly.

Bernedette made check-in quick in late September 2019, and gave us helpful tips on places to see and eat. She knows the area well and is a real asset to the hotel. Our third-floor apartment, number 32, was clean, about 55 square meters and had a balcony with a lake view. The WiFi was fast enough for streaming. ALDI is a 200-meter walk, and the train station is 250 meters away, behind a good bakery. Balatonfured is lovely to visit and stroll around, with plenty of photo spots and a long park beside the lake.

A great spot to get away in winter, with kind staff and a good wellness area. The place is well furnished, and from the third floor the view is perfect.
