A charming old stately home with lots of character. It’s a little jumbled, but very clean. I’d recommend it.

We loved our stay and will be back next year. There’s a huge yard, and we cooked in Bográxs, eating and drinking in a fun atmosphere. Rózsilak has that old-style villa feel, built around 1890, with very comfortable, huge beds. The owner is sociable and a good guy. It’s close to the coast, the yacht harbor, and the Tagore promenade.

It’s a beautiful cottage with great features, but it seems to be left to decay. We found dirty tables and kitchen utensils, and the towel had holes in it. Building materials were piled up all over the garden, almost like a slum. Sadly, the place didn’t have any magic for us.

A great historic villa right in the city, and easy to get to. You can park in the front garden, which opens onto the main road. It’s a good fit for a group of 8-14 friends.
