We held a college reunion here, and the price and service worked for everyone in our group. The owner couple are very nice, and everyone felt comfortable in the guesthouse. Thank you!

Our four-person room was upstairs, and the heat was a problem from the moment we arrived in the early evening: it was 35 degrees. When we booked, nobody mentioned there was no air conditioning. There wasn't a mosquito net either, and the terrace faced the main road just five meters away, with the train station right across the street. We got one table fan for two rooms, but it spun without even moving a fly. The old spring mattress wasn't comfortable, and with the road noise, station announcements, trains and bugs, we couldn't have slept anyway. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only in other parts of the building. The shower barely had hot water, and the bathroom had no hooks for hanging anything or dryer for wet swimsuits. The owners were nice, but that wasn't enough to make us want to stay here again.

The garden is set up well for kids and socializing, with toys, a swing bed, and a spot for cooking or roasting bacon. There's also parking in the yard. It's a pleasant, family-friendly place, and the owner was flexible. The garden pool was empty, which was a shame. Some things could use updating: the towels, the bathroom, and the synthetic bedding. The feather pillows aren't suitable for people with allergies.

The hosts were kind and friendly, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had a lovely time relaxing here. It's a family setting with a well-kept yard, and the location makes it easy to get around. RECOMMENDED!
