No elevator, unfortunately, but the rooms are spacious. I spent four days here and had a great stay. The building is right by Lake Balaton, the rooms are clean, and the shared kitchen is well equipped and kept in great shape.

We only stayed one night and had to leave much earlier than planned for medical reasons, but this place still made a huge impression. The big garden leads straight to the beach, and there are lovely modern interiors, a well-equipped shared kitchen, a roomy dining area, and a comfortable lounge. It went beyond what we expected. The one downside was that the staff didn't seem to speak languages besides Hungarian. In my experience, that's pretty common in Hungary.

Getting to the lake is quick, and the location is nice. The rooms are big and have air conditioning. The hotel is decent, though it feels a bit old and could use some work. Parking was the main problem: there's none at the hotel, and finding a street spot during the day is unlikely.

We really liked the hosts. They even let us try some of their local wine, and it was amazing. The house has lots to use, including a kids' playroom, a big TV room with billiards, a kitchen, and a bar for everyone. It's right in the middle of Balatonlelle's main beachfront area, with restaurants, boardwalks, and Napfény strand all within walking distance. A lovely place to stay.
