Villa Napsugr

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the owner helped with everything. It’s a little far from the beach, but a perfect spot for relaxing. I’d definitely recommend it!

It’s in a peaceful little street, yet the center is just a short walk away, about 18 houses down. The train and bus stations are nearby too. There’s plenty in the lively center, including shops, restaurants, an open air venue and a cinema. The beach, thermal bath and boat station are all in the center, within 1 km.

The only nice part was sitting outside, where there was a grill and a small sandbox. For a family with children, this was a bad choice, and next time I’ll pay extra and stay somewhere else. The kitchen was tiny, with just one working hotplate. The other was missing its knob, and there wasn’t much cutlery or crockery. The floors creaked, the old cabinets in the rooms were crumbling and opened on their own, and the curtain rods were peeling and bent. In the shower, the hose was broken and leaking, and every tap was different. There were cobwebs and spiders in the corners. Everything was bad, a disaster.

The quiet, beautiful setting completely won me over. The host was incredibly kind. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
