The rooms were booked by someone else the morning after our reservation failed overnight because of a transaction error. Both parties had paid a deposit, so refunding ours was something the host could have chosen to do as a goodwill gesture. Instead, when we asked, the reply was simply, “this is business.” They may have acted legally, but not humanely. And I’d like the host to explain the “help you offered” mentioned in the response. There was no help, not even an offer to rebook. I wasn’t expecting one, but making that claim isn’t fair and misleads other people.

It felt like being welcomed by relatives, so warm and familiar. Our room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony had good separation. It’s easy to get to by any means. Hope we can come back!

I only needed somewhere for one night, and I’m really glad I picked this place. The hospitality felt like a family home, everything was spotless, and you can park in the yard. Breakfast is available if you ask. I stayed in a single room, but they showed me the other rooms too, and they were lovely. Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I’d recommend it to anyone.

August 2021. The innkeeper was welcoming, the breakfast was generous and tasty, and the rooms were clean and good quality. They were happy to accommodate requests and the service was kind. It’s beside a main road, though, so rooms facing it are a little noisy. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped, and the host is incredibly kind. There’s a lovely family feel here. Once you’ve stayed, you’ll definitely want to come back.
