The hotel itself is lovely, and the men at the entrance were very friendly and spoke English. The restaurant service, though, could be much warmer. On our first evening, nobody asked if we wanted drinks; on the second, a woman only asked after we’d finished eating. They also ask whether a plate is free as soon as they see it empty. The restaurant staff barely understood our room number in English. All the best to the hotel, but there’s quite a bit to improve in the restaurant.

The setting is lovely, with natural scenery and a pool that’s just right. It seems well suited to families with children, and there’s nothing I can complain about. The rooms were very clean, the food was good, and the staff were helpful. The location and services were great too.

I posted my review as a picture. Check-in is from 2 to 7 pm, while the wellness center is open from 8:30 to 18:30, so we had to get to the hotel earlier.

The room was good, though the bathroom was small. Reception was fine, and the lady there was friendly. The bar and restaurant were okay too. The young woman working across both was terrific, she really knows how to make people feel welcome.
