The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was quiet, with a street food restaurant nearby. Paying by card was a big plus. The basics were handled professionally, though communication with the host could be better. Getting there by car late at night was a bit challenging, but that wasn’t the accommodation’s fault. I recommend it.

The “Seasons” building has no laundry access, which wasn’t clear on the website, so keep that in mind if you need laundry during your travels. We also had trouble with the shower: the pan doesn’t slope toward the drain, and the seal leaks, leaving water pooled in the stall and spilling out. The balcony doors and bathroom windows have no insect screens. With them open for a while, bugs came into the room, including lots of mosquitoes. I’m a mosquito magnet and left with nearly fifty bites, some on my face. Even with those problems, the property is stunning and close to the castle.
