We paid 92 euros a night, and I really don’t think this place is worth that. It felt more like a basic motel than a hotel or apartment, especially given how far it is from the city and the center. It’s uphill too, which is a pain with luggage. The room was tiny and old, with peeling paint and things looking poorly maintained. We booked a double but got two single beds pushed together. The bathroom was cramped and impractical. There was no proper shower door, so water went everywhere and left the whole room wet. No soap or toilet paper had been put out when we arrived. Reception said they’d refill them when we asked the next day, but by evening nothing had changed. Cleaning during our stay was basically just making the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, amenities weren’t replaced, and our used cups were left as they were. The parking description was misleading too: it wasn’t inside, but outside near a cliff. Breakfast wasn’t included. At 92 euros a night in Hungary, I don’t understand that. Taking the location, service, cleaning, and the rest into account, I wouldn’t pay this again. There are better options in Budapest, and even in pricier European capitals.

If you want somewhere affordable with breakfast that allows pets, I’d definitely recommend this place. It isn’t luxurious, but it feels cozy. You can tell the staff like the hotel. It’s very clean and comfortable enough, good for kids and pets, and the food is tasty enough.

The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a cozy, lovely place that feels like home, set in a peaceful, pretty area where you can enjoy the views or go for a walk. I’d definitely recommend it when you’re in Budapest.

When I broke my ankle during my stay, the owner and staff did so much to help. They got me medication and crutches, helped administer the medication, and coordinated with the ambulance service so my transfer to the airport went smoothly. They also brought breakfast to my room every morning and delivered food I’d ordered myself. The rooms are fantastic, and the location is ideal if you want to get away from the busy city center. I can’t recommend the place enough.

It’s a quiet, green area, which was a welcome change after time in the noisy city center. The hotel is some distance from the center, but there’s a nearby bus that takes about 15-20 minutes to get there. Parking is free and felt very safe. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to answer questions or help. The rooms aren’t modern, but they were clean, and the hotel offers very good value for money.
