We're disappointed. The owner called five days before our reservation to say she couldn't host us because guest workers were staying in the apartment. She said it so calmly, as though that were perfectly normal.

I can't really review the room, because the owner told us only 20 minutes beforehand that it had been given to someone else. She planned to put us in the apartment next door instead. When we asked about it, she was condescending and answered in a raised voice, blaming only the person who worked there. I don't understand why a room booked two weeks ahead was given away. Maybe a foreign guest was paying more.

The manager and cleaner were nice, and otherwise this is a great complex with good staff. Our family isn't demanding, so we put up with the neighbor noise, but the walls seem to carry everything, even a sneeze or someone turning on a kettle. It's not a place for anyone who needs complete quiet. Still, highly recommended if that won't bother you.
