There are several dining options nearby, and the location is central, close to the city center. Finding the place was difficult, though. There was no parking except paid street parking, and the reception inside an electronics shop was hard to locate. The nearby tourism agency was very helpful. The mattresses were old and dirty under the clean sheets, which made it hard to sleep once I knew. The kitchen had a microwave and coffee filter but no oven, and the bathroom sink was clogged and coming away from the wall. We left a night before our booking ended because it was uncomfortable. I definitely don’t recommend it.

The location was great, but the place didn’t live up to what I expected from the photos and reviews. It took me about 15 minutes walking around to spot a small sign with the hotel name. The door beside it led to an electronics repair shop, where they said they’d call someone to check me in. He arrived 15 minutes later, showed me around, and took payment. I didn’t see him again during my two-day stay.

Just a clean room in an apartment in central Debrecen. Nothing special, but worth the price.

The service was perfect, and the room’s location was perfect too.
