Lara II Apartman

We had to spend the night and the next day looking for a place to stay, and ended up sleeping in the car. The accommodation price was returned only a few days later. The owner never apologized or offered any compensation for leaving us practically on the street overnight and through the next day. They wouldn’t let me into the prepaid accommodation and tried to send me to a much lower standard place instead. When I asked to stay in the one I’d paid for under the agreed conditions, the owner shouted insults and curses at me in an appalling manner. I find it outrageous that providers like this can still be listed on websites, with no protection for someone who books. One star because I can’t give less.
