Queen Apartman

The person we contacted was helpful and arranged extra cleaning when we asked, but it didn’t make the apartment comfortable. We stayed in apartment 24, and finding parking took some effort, though it was manageable. The hygiene was awful. We swept up a whole shovel’s worth of dust, rubbish, and hair when we arrived. The sheets had clearly been used, the table was dirty, and there were unexplained stains on the placemats, sofa, and walls. The blackout blinds were filthy and barely usable. In the bathroom, there was hair, grime, and limescale, and the shower drain was clogged with hair and other debris. We had to buy blankets and other things just to sleep that first night. We couldn’t leave immediately because of our plans the next day, but we gave up the second night we’d booked and left. It’s disappointing that anyone would rent out a place in this condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares even a little about hygiene.
