The rooms are small and the price is cheap, but the landscape is wonderful. Loved it! You shouldn't spend all day sitting here, just sleep a few hours between exploring.

Basic hostel, with a pretty spartan interior. It is clean, though.

Fine for a single night.

The only real positive for me was the view of the city. We paid at reception when we arrived, and the receptionist, to put it mildly, "forgot" to return it properly. When we pointed this out, he didn't seem surprised, which didn't exactly start things off well. The Wi-Fi sounds good on paper, but the connection was so weak it was unusable. If you need internet, you'd be better off topping up your phone. There were no towels, and cleanliness was practically nonexistent. My partner and I cleaned because we couldn't stand the dirt. Our room was on the third floor, and the cold water came out hot. At 06:00 it was 27 degrees, and in the afternoon it reached 37-42. We mostly avoided going upstairs except late at night. There was no fan or TV. I know things are expensive, but this wasn't cheap, and a regular room should at least have basic equipment. Other hostels cost about the same and have more and better facilities. Here it was three beds and dirt that seemed to eat you alive. If bugs disgust you, this place could put that fear to the test. Locusts, bugs, mosquitoes, and all kinds of insects came in through the window because there was no screen. At 11:00 PM we'd be hunting them instead of sleeping. One day there was a locust on our toothpaste and three bugs on the door. It was like that every day. Then there was what felt like a rock party every night from 10:00 PM. You could hear it clearly upstairs, and drunk tourists in the next room would party, sing, and shout along to the radio. You can hear everything through the paper-thin walls. We paid for five days but left after four because we couldn't take it anymore, and ended up paying more. We'll never stay here again.

The staff are really nice and direct, and the place is clean. The room is practical and clean, great for sleeping, though I wouldn't want to spend a whole day in it. It's close to the center and its lively atmosphere, with a wonderful setting.
