The location was good and the price was low. Parking is public, though, and the landlady doesn’t speak English, so all communication went through her son.

We had a great stay. The host picked us up at the train station and looked after us really well.

The breakfasts were delicious, and there’s a shared terrace and kitchen, plus a guestbook to sign. There are two parking spaces in front of the gate, but you can hear everything through the walls. The photos look completely different from the place itself. It’s one house with three apartments for rent. Minasumi has uneven stairs, a gate that sticks, a spring mattress, and a sagging bathtub. English is limited. Payment is cash only, and breakfast costs €5 per person. Calling it a “Villa” on booking.com doesn’t really fit. I probably won’t come back.

The terrace is lovely for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, and the area is quiet. The city center and Szépasszony Valley are easy to reach. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped, with everything you might need.

The breakfast was divine, and the owner was so kind and dedicated. We were here for New Year’s Eve with a large group and two small children. It’s a very nice place, and both Szépasszony Valley and the city center are nearby.
