The location was excellent, and the owner was nice. It's a lovely little apartment. I'd have given it five stars if the kitchen had been better equipped and the shower had been in better shape.

The bathroom was dirty and the kitchen was missing a lot of equipment. The TV kept popping and had poor reception. They advertised entertainment, but there was none. I probably wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to friends.

The building itself is in good shape, but the grounds are overgrown and neglected. The parking area has been left unfinished for a long time.
