If you’re looking to unwind, this is the spot. The medicinal water is great, and the surroundings are lovely, with trees, mountains, vineyards, and wineries. The staff were friendly too. I can’t think of much else you’d need for a relaxing break, and I’d recommend the place.

The location worked really well for us, close to the thermal baths and nearby villages. We had a very spacious apartment for two, with a gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, and some basic dishes. The bed had split mattresses, which we didn’t like, and the cleaning could have been better. At breakfast and dinner, the staff seemed a little more nervous serving us than the Hungarian-speaking visitors.

A roomy, comfortable apartment for anyone who wants to take care of things independently. The Egerszalók, Demjén, Cave Bath, and Thermal Lake spa resorts are all close by.
