A nice place.
The rooms are simply furnished, but they’re perfectly adequate for what you need. We liked the house, and the ground-floor kitchen and other facilities have an old-world feel alongside some modern appliances. The owner, Bacsit, gave us lots of background information. It’s worth staying a few days and using the place as a starting point to see the local sights.
The rooms are a little small, and there’s no Wi-Fi; the TV only gets terrestrial channels. Downstairs, though, the kitchen and dining areas have beautiful old furniture and items worthy of a museum. The courtyard seating is brilliant.
It looked nice from outside, and the old-fashioned furniture was in good condition. But there were a lot of cobwebs, and the place could have been cleaner. We also didn’t receive the breakfast we’d booked.
I slept very well here. It’s been renovated and felt clean, cozy, and traditional, and there’s free Wi-Fi.
