The apartments are roomy and well equipped, and there’s an outdoor pool, sauna, parking, plus bikes and e-scooters for rent. It’s also a convenient spot, with the train station around 200 metres away and the lake about a five-minute walk. The owner is relaxed and chatty, and always looks after the guests. I’d absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable holiday. 👌😊

The place really looks after its guests. It’s kept very clean, with staff cleaning throughout the day, and the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all great. There are fun extras too, including ping pong, e-scooters, and bikes, all free. We had a wonderful family holiday at Balaton.

The owners were super friendly, and we found the place had pretty much everything: a pool, free coffee and a bottle of wine, bikes and electric scooters at no charge, an EV charger, and roomy parking spaces. The one thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. We set it to about 17 degrees Celsius, but the room only cooled to 23. Even so, we’d definitely stay again.

We had the whole place as a base for 29 friends doing the Ultra Balaton relay, and the owner was flexible and welcomed everyone warmly. His dog was just as welcoming, and kept coming over for pets. With our team arriving and leaving at different times, it was great that there was no issue with the changing schedules. Fresh coffee and soft drinks were always available, and the jacuzzi could be used all night. The sauna and pool were there too, though not everyone had a chance to enjoy them because of the relay. Several teammates tried the nearby restaurant after the owner suggested it, and really liked both the food and the generous portions. We all felt we couldn’t have picked better accommodation. Hope we can rent it again next year.
