The yard and garden were neglected, and the toilet block felt dated. Cleanliness was a problem, and the equipment wasn't adequate. We were told our group would have the place to ourselves, but someone else was already there when we arrived.

It was a peaceful, homey place to spend our days. My child could play at the nearby playground, and everything was close by.

The photos show conditions that might have existed when the guesthouse was open, but that seems to be in the past now. They don't match what it's like, and cleanliness is a major problem.

The setting feels traditional and welcoming, and it's quite a sight.
