The staff were really lovely, and the rooms were very clean. It’s handy for the train station, though food delivery wasn’t available to this location when we tried to order. Still, 5/5.

We ate well here: dinner changed every day and was delicious, while breakfast was much the same each morning but still homemade and good. The staff were kind and full of suggestions for things to do. Bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable.

We were put off using the wellness facilities after seeing the room. The bathroom was dirty, with broken fittings coated in grime and limescale; the carpet was dusty and stained, and the bed linen looked grey and marked instead of crisp white. The curtains were filthy and hanging loose. This hotel needs a thorough clean at the very least, and probably a serious renovation.

I’ve been coming for years, and the squash court is still great, especially room 2. It’s the best place to play in the Vác-Dunakeszi area, and I’d recommend it to anyone. I can’t comment on the hotel, since I haven’t stayed there.

Came back for a second visit and found things just as good as before. The hotel is clean and restful, the service is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
