We’d been looking forward to trying the Anna restaurant once the pandemic rules allowed us to sit outside. The setting was beautiful, and the modern, comfortable-looking place was inviting. The food looked good and tasted good, though it wasn’t outstanding. The meat and liver seemed a little undercooked, and one side of the crepes was burnt. Still, we appreciated being able to spend time outside at a restaurant. Service was the real problem. The only waitress seemed moody, arrogant, and nearly rude, with a clear attitude toward us. She wasn’t flexible with our order, and we couldn’t even get a basic schnitzel. I know people don’t always click, and that part can happen, but she and, I assume, the chef were extremely slow. There were just two occupied tables, yet we waited 45 minutes just for dessert. I could only order one after asking to see the waitress, who spent most of the time in the back and seemed uninterested in guests. The experience felt forgettable, and the prices were a bit high for what we got.

The room was decent and had a balcony, but it wasn’t especially impressive. Just an average hotel, and I wouldn’t really recommend it to people looking for things to do nearby.

The team was good, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel itself was nice, though the Wi-Fi could use improvement.

Dirty, noisy, and unfriendly. This felt like a motel, not a hotel. Very, very bad.
