The reception staff were friendly, and the restaurant service was good. The rest fell well short of what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. Our room was small, dated, and poorly kept, and didn’t look like the online photos. On Saturday night, loud music went on until 4 a.m., so getting any sleep was impossible. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if comfort, rest, or honest advertising matter to you.

There’s a kettle and complimentary water, which was nice. The TV kept crashing, though. Nice hotel otherwise.

It’s an old hotel, but the location is good, right next to a shopping mall.

The middle management at the hotel wasn’t very helpful or open-minded :( :(
