Overrated. There was a strange smell throughout, and the bathtub didn’t work properly. The shower had an obvious problem that nobody fixed. Breakfast was very poor and low quality. There are too many stairs and no lift. It needs renovation.

We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was helpful. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean, and breakfast was top notch. The hotel is around the corner from the train station but sits in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed a night in Győr to see the town and a nearby village.

The place is extremely clean and nice, with friendly staff and very good soundproofing. The location isn’t the best, but it’s quiet. Private parking is limited, so it might be better to reserve a spot. The stairs are quite narrow, which could be tricky with a stroller or a larger suitcase. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant is lovely, though I didn’t sleep well in the bed. Enjoy.

From the street, the villa is almost invisible, but inside it’s very modern. The rooms are comfortable and modern, though not especially large, and there’s parking on quiet streets. The old basement has been turned into a breakfast lounge. The staff are few but dedicated. You can walk to the old downtown, so leave the car parked. Worth a visit!
