The food was generally tasty, but the half-board arrangement was confusing. Here it means dinner only, with no choice, and you have to tell them in advance what you want for breakfast, with very little to choose from. After breakfast, an espresso costs 600 HUF, while a quality place 150 meters away charges 400. The room cleaning was below average, the bathroom may be fancy, but the towels aren't, and the beds were uncomfortable with sagging mattresses. Overall, a disappointment.

The rooms suited us for relaxing, and the neighborhood was peaceful with all the important places still close by. For the price, the accommodation is good value, though you shouldn't expect luxury. There's no buffet breakfast or dinner, but the food is perfectly fine and portions are enough. The service felt very personal, with plenty of jokes, and they fixed the problem we reported almost immediately. The host clearly tries hard to make guests comfortable. You can negotiate, though it isn't worth it. I'd recommend this to people who actually want a quiet rest, and after that, how it goes depends on the guest.

We've been coming back for years to relax and take a holiday, and the service remains great. The food is delicious and plentiful. We were once given the secret recipe for the cabbage salad, but sadly didn't write it down. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the spa entrance. Looking at the kids, I think they'll bring my grandchildren here one day. Thanks to everyone working here for all the effort and care they put into our relaxing stays!

The service was good, so I can't give this a 1, but the place was about as clean as the Chinese ABC is to me. Dust everywhere, cockroaches in the room and corridor, and odd dead bugs baked into the lampshade. The shower tray was blocked and water barely drained. We kept our clothes in the suitcases because we wouldn't put them in the drawers or closet. The whole place is run down and badly needs renovation. The mattress felt a thousand years old, with a big dip in the middle. I'd tell everyone to stay far away.
