Dinner was the best part for us, with lots to choose from: different soups, really tasty meat goulash, pasta, and plenty of variety. The reception ladies were kind and helpful too, though on our last day the front office mistakenly thought we hadn’t paid, even though we’d paid in advance. We had to show proof, so it could be a problem if you don’t keep your receipts. They called the woman who’d taken the payment and cleared it up. There were some things that needed attention. We spotted cobwebs on the windows and chandelier, and our radiator kept dripping despite us asking several times for it to be fixed. When the sheets were changed, the new ones had chocolate stains, while the old ones were cleaner. Breakfast was repetitive and had very few choices, basically eggs or an omelet each day, sometimes too salty, with too few vegetables, toppings, or sides. Still, we liked our stay and would probably come back. The place was decent overall, and we had a good experience despite those smaller problems.

Such a lovely place! The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the staff polite and kind, and the food was great. It’s very close to the spa, too.
2/10
The coffee and meals were very poor quality, and the rooms felt old and really unclean. We couldn’t sleep because a group of young people were shouting beneath our window, but the hotel didn’t do anything to resolve it. Then in the morning, drilling from repairs in the room above woke us up. A horrible stay.
4/10
The cleaning needs serious attention, especially on the second floor. The rooms were dirty, with dusty surfaces, unclean floors, and bathrooms that hadn’t been properly cleaned. The cleaning staff aren’t doing their job.
2/10
The food was too salty and not very tasty, and restaurant staff were somewhat hostile. We were also charged 1,500 Ft. for the daily menu, though its stated price was 1,100 Ft. Coffee at breakfast cost an extra 600 Ft. There were maintenance issues too: the bathroom handle was broken, the shower hose had come loose, and there was visible fungus on the wall in the jacuzzi room.
