Hotel Silver

We had a spacious family room with everything we needed, and the staff were really helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was great, with plenty of choices, and the indoor play area had all kinds of toys, bikes, activities, and board games. The pools and thermal pools were varied, and the saunas were well equipped. We also had a massage with Dori, who was amazing. Thank you! ❤️ A few things to be ready for: parking at the hotel costs extra, and drinks with meals have to be bought separately. Prices at the pool bar and outdoor terrace are very high. They add those charges to your bill at the end, which came as quite a shock since we hadn’t signed every receipt, as we were supposed to. Smoking isn’t allowed on the balcony, so you have to go downstairs and sit out in the blazing sun. We still had a great stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The rooms were simple, just as pictured, and clean. We loved the food: lots of delicious choices, and empty trays were refilled quickly. Everyone was helpful and pleasant with us. We try to treat people politely and with respect, and we didn’t encounter any rudeness during our stay. We’d be very happy to come back. Thank you!

The thermal pools were fantastic, and the food was great. The whole team was polite and helpful. Gabriella, the Hospitality Manager, and Lajos, the Event Organizer, were especially professional. Best service in Hajdúszoboszló. We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

The food was good, the products always fresh, the drink prices reasonable, and there was live music. Service was at a high level throughout. The pool area is extensive and well kept, though you can tell it’s been there a while. There weren’t enough sunbeds at first, but staff brought more quickly after a guest mentioned it. Our room was clean and thoroughly done every day, with a couple of small issues: the air conditioning remote was missing, though I got it running manually, and the Jacuzzi needs cleaning, especially the hydraulic system. The game room prices have gone from 100 to 500 forints over the last two years, which was an unpleasant surprise for the kids, but times change. You can spend your whole holiday on the property without needing to go out, since it has what you need. It’s the best hotel in the area, and the nearby places don’t come close. A light renovation and a few additions, maybe a small gym, could take it from four stars to five. Very positive stay overall. If you’re choosing a place, I’d say Silver.
