HRC Panzió

The location and service were good. Breakfast wasn’t really to my taste, but the stay was okay overall.

Service was poor, and it was expensive.

We stayed here 4-5 years ago, and I still remember the experience. Breakfast meant two rolls per person, and coffee cost extra. It left me wondering whether this was a guesthouse or a hotel. We visited in spring, when the outdoor pool wasn’t available. We couldn’t play billiards because families were staying in the rooms above and it was already evening. We’d come for a romantic break, but in the morning a plastic children’s motorbike crashed into our door. That seemed to bother nobody. I’d have liked to book again because we love Szoboszló, but the accommodation is closed for much of the year. I sincerely hope they take this feedback into account and make improvements during that time.

The breakfast and dinner were satisfying in both quality and quantity, and the staff were really kind and helpful. The guesthouse itself was clean and fairly well equipped. It’s some distance from the thermal baths, but for this trip the wellness facilities at the guesthouse were more than enough for us. We’d come back if we get the chance.
