We found the clean, well-kept rooms a good value for the price, and the convenient location made for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Zsolt, the owner, was amazing and went out of his way to make sure guests had a pleasant experience. I'd recommend this place for an affordable, pleasant stay.

Everything else was OK, and it's a nice place. The bed was a little uncomfortable, though.

Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and the neighborhood had plenty of apartments along the street. The view wasn't great, but the price reflects that. The rooms were good, though sometimes we had to hold the door handle. When we arrived, we got the keys and an explanation. Service wasn't great, but that didn't really matter. We were on the side where they were doing ground drilling, and we could hear it from 8:00 PM to 6:00 PM. It was probably just bad luck with our dates, but still a shame. Definitely recommended overall.

The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and parking was free. The rooms were okay. It's in a very good spot, just 500 meters from the pool entrance.

The rating makes sense for the rental price. The attic rooms have air conditioning, and the place is peaceful and quiet. Hungarospa and the Hajdu promenade are nearby. There's a large room, a vestibule and a bathroom. Highly recommended.
