The host was rude, and there were ants in the bathroom. The booking said the tourist tax was included, but we were charged extra for that and for air conditioning: 5€ per night for the AC and 1.7€ per adult per day for the tourist tax.

The rooms are kept clean and in good shape, with the cleaning lady looking after them each day. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean too. There was an extra fridge in the room, plus air conditioning and blinds. The owner is very friendly, and the whole place has a nice atmosphere. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center and the Hajduszoboszlo spa. I'd recommend staying for a weekend or longer.
