I spent a week with my family in the ground-floor apartment, and I think it deserves a good rating. It was clean, with a newly renovated bathroom containing a shower stall, sink, mirror, cabinet, and toilet. The kitchen has everything needed, and there are roomy wardrobes. One of the twin beds creaks a little 😄. The owner is kind, easy to talk to, and speaks English. There are delicious cherries on the tree, just right for eating. Outside, though, there's no garden umbrella or grill, which is a shame. The house has a new insulated facade, windows with blinds, and mosquito nets. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. There's another apartment upstairs that I haven't seen. I recommend this one, it's good value.

The place was kept in impeccable condition, and the apartment is spacious, well equipped, and has a barbecue. It's conveniently located near both the pools and the city center. Air conditioning in every room is a big plus, though there aren't additional amenities and no information about services is available. Parking and access to public transport are available. The price matches the quality.

We left a day early because of the owner. At first we agreed on our departure time, but the day before leaving he asked again when we were going. I asked whether there would be time for the beach, and he seemed confused, so we packed up and decided to stay one more day, with the four of us. Then the whole family came through every room and looked around while we were there. It felt humiliating, as if we'd stolen something. The house itself was clean, and they made up for a few shortcomings, such as the lack of toilet paper.

They welcomed us in a friendly, flexible way. The place can comfortably fit 10 people.
