I’m furious about what happened when my family and I checked out. I chose to pay by card, and the woman at reception entered an amount much higher than the bill. It seemed deliberate, as if she wanted to cause me financial harm. The charge didn’t go through because there wasn’t enough money on the card. I’ve attached photos as evidence.

The baths are close by, and we had a nice room. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our Christmas stay here much more than this one. The location is handy, right in front of the pool, and parking in the area is free. But this time we weren’t very satisfied. Outside work started around 7 in the morning, with people cutting trees right in front of our window. It was really uncomfortable. In the restaurant, the waiters didn’t speak English and seemed to give priority to a group of German ladies, so we had to wait a long time for service. The food wasn’t very good either. Breakfast was the same every day, and the dinners weren’t very tasty.

Harkány Thermal Spa is right across the street. The place itself feels old and a bit worn down.

They were overbooked, so we couldn't get the room we'd reserved.
