Lili Apartman

The beds were awful and smelly, and one room had nothing but an upholstered board to sleep on. Ants were everywhere, there was barely enough hot water for one and a half people at a time, and the walls were so thin that we heard the neighbors cleaning twice. In two of the three apartments the air conditioning was faulty, and the dishwasher didn't work, all while we had small children with us. The air conditioning in the apartment next door couldn't be switched off either. You couldn't close the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet, and the dining chairs were stained and dirty. There was a thick layer of grime on top of the cupboards, with greasy fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets, so we had to clean the apartment ourselves. The old TV was unusable, with no channels beyond the free ones, and even their picture kept breaking up. The owner kept blaming the weather, but it didn't work on sunny days either. He never fixed it, and suggested we watch movies on our own computers instead. The bedroom windows were narrow and high, looking onto the neighboring garden, where a child rode an electric car up and down all day. We couldn't ventilate the rooms if we wanted to rest. Other windows faced a metal garage, presented as a garden view. Someone nearby burned something that gave off stinking black smoke, making it impossible to open windows for a whole day. I don't understand how the municipality allows that in a resort area. Roosters crowed nonstop, dozens of them, like a whole farm. One of our neighbors had planned to stay more than a week but left after just one day because the conditions were unbearable. When we raised problems, the owner mostly just explained things and didn't really help. In the end he disappeared and stopped answering the phone. The online reviews on Google and Booking are totally fake. The place seems to attract people looking for a cheap stay of a few nights. More cultured, demanding people shouldn't plan a longer holiday here, because this standard won't suit them. NEVER AGAIN GAL OR LILI APARTMENT!!!

Mr. Gál was a very kind host and let us be flexible about bringing our little dog into the apartment. It was quiet, tastefully arranged, well equipped, and completely clean. The beds were comfortable too. The spa is close enough to walk to, and we'd be happy to return.

We've stayed at Gál and Lili apartment several times as a family and have always been warmly welcomed. The owners are kind and helpful, and the apartments are spotless and well equipped. It's on a quiet street with everything close by. We can definitely recommend it! :)

Families with children are welcome, and pets can stay if arranged in advance. The apartments are accessible for people with disabilities, and the thermal pools are about 400 meters away. The owner is very helpful, and the property and parking area are monitored. It's a great option to consider, and the property is listed on the website.
