I had an amazing two weeks at Alenso guesthouse. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff helped with everything I needed. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. Everything was perfect, and I'll stay there again in December. Highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, and the staff were very hospitable. Dogs are allowed, and we had our own terrace so our dog could go outside. The city centre is two minutes away by car.

We arrived at about 6 p.m. after booking an apartment, but nobody helped us check in because the registration desk was closed. In the end, we had to find another hotel. A bad experience and terrible service.
