The wellness area felt cramped, as did our apartment room, and the shower there wasn’t really working. The saunas themselves were good, though. There were plenty of lamps, so it wasn’t dark, but the small spaces still felt uncomfortable and a bit claustrophobic. The hotel’s lobby made a much better first impression, with its cool Eastern-style decor, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine, but I expected more from a four-star place. For what we paid, the service didn’t feel like four stars.

We spent two nights in a studio in October, and with the sun setting at 5 pm we ended up spending a lot of time indoors. There wasn’t much to do in the room: the TV only had basic cable, with no internet. The so-called kitchen was just a sink, microwave, and kettle. The wellness area was dirty and unusable, and the bathroom sink and shower were covered in limescale; the shower door was broken. The food was okay, but breakfast was the same each morning and had few choices. I wouldn’t recommend this “4 star” hotel. It costs a lot more than it’s worth.

The room was dusty, and the bathrobe had holes. The jacuzzi wasn’t as nice as promised, the water wasn’t warm, and some of its tiles were coming apart. Breakfast was very salty and didn’t taste good. We even found a HUGE WORM in it.

The food was fine, and so were the saunas and jacuzzi. The staff were great and the rooms decent, though the hotel itself is older. It’s also a little too far from heviz lake.
