The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was very peaceful.

We booked two nights specifically because of the jacuzzi, which worked on the first evening. The next day the boiler stopped, so we had to shower in 12-degree water and there was no heating in the apartment. They brought us an electric heater and switched on the air conditioner, but it barely warmed the place. They couldn’t get the boiler repaired and told us to wash in the jacuzzi. We later found out that it runs from the same boiler. Their only response to all this was “sorry.” The Wi-Fi worked sometimes and sometimes didn’t, and the towel warmer was already broken on the first night. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and after using one of the glasses there, I got herpes. At the end, they didn’t even come to discuss giving us some money back or anything. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst accommodation I’ve ever had.

There’s a jacuzzi, sauna, pool, games room, ping pong table, and plenty of good facilities in this wellness apartment. We’ll be staying another two days, and will probably come back again. I recommend it to everyone.
